Search For The Needle Locations - FARMHOUSE, BASEMENT & Spawn Status

What locations are official in Search For The Needle?

October 14, 2026 review: The September FARMHOUSE and BASEMENT place IDs are not an exhaustive October map list. Later events also reference Chapter 3 and the GRAVEYARD Pumpkin Boss. See Updates, Codes and Chapter 4.

Content reviewed October 14, 2026: October 2026 update: Roblox event and badge reports now include Chapter 3, Chapter 4 and a Halloween GRAVEYARD Pumpkin Boss. The two place IDs below were verified in September and must not be described as the complete current chapter catalogue. The precise new place IDs and access routes are not independently verified here. See Updates.

The September universe place snapshot for Search For The Needle by Garage Games listed the root experience plus two named chapter places; later October events establish newer chapters without supplying verified place IDs here.

The Chapters directory groups the two chapter guides together, while this page focuses on the location questions players usually search: which place is which, where the Needle is, and what is still unknown.

Where is Chapter 1 FARMHOUSE?

FARMHOUSE is the official Chapter 1 place in this universe. Its Place ID is 108628039999641.

The place record itself does not provide a full walkthrough or Needle coordinate. The FARMHOUSE guide combines the official place identity with the main objective and search guidance while keeping unsupported spawn claims out of the page.

Where is Chapter 2 BASEMENT?

BASEMENT is the official Chapter 2 place, Place ID 83445806734780.

The current badge catalogue gives stronger completion context than the place description: Finished Chapter 2! says you found the key and escaped the basement. That confirms a key-and-escape completion concept, but it does not publish the full route.

Use the Chapter 2 / BASEMENT guide for the current verification boundary.

Where does the Needle spawn?

The official root description tells players to search through the Hay and find the hidden Needle. The official badge catalogue also includes Found the Needle!.

What the first-party data does not publish is a permanent coordinate, a fixed landmark, a spawn table, or an official probability formula.

Because of that, Needle Wiki does not state that the Needle is always behind one object or always at one coordinate. A player screenshot can show one successful find, but one successful find is not enough to prove a permanent spawn rule.

For practical search behavior, read How to Find the Needle.

Is the Needle location different by chapter?

The public Roblox metadata does not explain the Needle spawn model for FARMHOUSE versus BASEMENT. Chapter 2’s completion badge focuses on finding a key and escaping the basement, so it should not be assumed that Chapter 2 uses the exact same objective sequence as Chapter 1.

A chapter-specific spawn claim needs current gameplay evidence from that chapter. This is one reason the wiki keeps separate chapter pages instead of merging all routes into one universal map.

Where is the UFO location?

The official Find the UFO badge proves that a UFO-related secret exists in the correct universe, but the badge record currently has no description.

That means the official data does not reveal the location or even identify the chapter. The Badges guide keeps the UFO badge fact separate from any unverified route claim.

How should you use location guides after an update?

Treat different kinds of location claims differently:

• Place names and Place IDs come from the official universe place list and are relatively durable.
• Badge names and descriptions come from the official Badge API and can add objective context.
• Needle, key, or secret routes are gameplay details and should be rechecked when maps change.
• Prices, class costs, and reward values are progression data, not map facts, and have their own freshness cycle.
